Passages provides fatherhood programming to all fathers and father figures residing in Cuyahoga, Lake, Lorain, or Portage counties. Programming includes evidence based fatherhood curriculum (24/7 Dad and/or On My Shoulders), individualized case management (help navigating systems such as child support, juvenile court, access to basic needs, etc.), mentoring services, and job readiness services.

Passages has a Suited for Men program for participants so they can receive interview appropriate clothing when seeking employment in order to be prepared and confident for interviews.

Passages provides evidence based fatherhood curriculum (24/7 Dad) programming to youth fathers currently in Ohio Department of Youth Services sites.
