NewDay Services for Children and Families – East Region Coordinator FOCUS+ FOR FATHERS

NewDay Services provides parenting classes for Fathers and Mothers. The parenting classes are called FOCUS+. Families Offering Children Unfailing Support. Classes are 10 weeks long designed to strengthen parenting skills. We provide Co-Parenting and Anger Resolution classes as well.

We provide coaching, encouragement, case Navigation skills, Mentor Navigation for fathers. Our FOCUS+ program uses highly relational and peer to peer interactions, a strength-based approach. We facilitate with adult and active learning models to engage our participants.

Classes are in person and online depending on client location. Fathers learn problem solving skills, proper discipline techniques for various age groups Effective communication skills to children of all ages.
