The program includes three months of active case management and nine months of follow-up, as well as job-driven employment services. During the first 30 days, fathers receive 40 hours of programming, consisting of skills-based workshops and job-driven employment activities.

Fathers participate in evidenced-based/informed workshops that strengthen their healthy parenting, healthy relationships, and economic stability skills.

The project incorporates a 72-hour rapid response system, which identifies a father’s need for resources and connects him to wraparound services, ensuring critical needs are addressed.
