Reaching Our Brothers Everywhere (R.O.B.E.)

We are a group of men who’s mission is to educate, equip and engage other men in the maternal and child health space to minimize the sickness and death among African American women and children.

We offer three major platforms for delivery of our services;

1) Hoop Therapy where community men gather weekly to play basketball and gain access and awareness of important family resources,

2) Boy Man Father+ Talks is a monthly virtual engagement with fatherhood practitioners, fathers, grandfathers, etc., to discuss various ways to create solutions to issues detrimental to our community health, and

3) Community Transformers Program where our ROBE trained Community Transformers take the training to communities all over the Southeastern United States upon request.

Areas of Service:

Maternal and child health education including benefits of breastfeeding as a first food for infants, safe sleep practices, co-parenting and access and awareness to relevant resources.
